a2jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "your") and a2jl (hereinafter referred to as "a2jl," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online casino and gaming platform accessible at a2jl.org.

a2jl operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to all applicable regulations, circulars, and directives issued by PAGCOR from time to time. The Platform is made available exclusively to eligible individuals located in the Philippines who meet the age, identity, and eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with a2jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific game or promotional documentation.

The a2jl Platform is intended for use by residents and persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of a2jl is lawful in your jurisdiction. a2jl makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

To register for a Member account on a2jl, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Provide your accurate legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document;
• Provide a valid and active Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS;
• Provide a valid personal email address to which you have sole access;
• Submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document for Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification (acceptable documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS ID, Philippine passport, or PRC ID);
• Create a secure, unique password for your account; and
• Agree to these Terms and all applicable policies.

a2jl is obligated under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Members. By registering, you consent to a2jl conducting identity verification checks using the information and documents you provide. a2jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a2jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify a2jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

a2jl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from a2jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

You must ensure that all information held on your a2jl account is accurate, current, and complete at all times. You are responsible for promptly updating your account information if any details change. a2jl accepts no liability for losses or errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. a2jl reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is available upon request. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period. a2jl will provide reasonable notice prior to applying any inactivity fee.

a2jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. a2jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered to the same name as the verified a2jl account. a2jl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Target processing times are as follows:

• GCash: One (1) to two (2) hours from approval
• PayMaya / Maya: One (1) to three (3) hours from approval
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Same business day, typically two (2) to eight (8) hours

Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing times, banking hours, public holidays, and any required security review of the withdrawal request. a2jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Before a2jl will process any withdrawal request, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) your registered payment method must be verified; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fulfilled; and (d) there must be no active security review or compliance hold on your account.

a2jl is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended, and all related regulations. a2jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction, request additional documentation, delay or refuse withdrawal processing, and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC") as required by law.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by a2jl are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

New Member welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing Members only — one per household, per device, and per verified identity. a2jl reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and potential account suspension.

Bonuses credited to your a2jl account will expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds are forfeited. a2jl is not required to provide notice prior to the expiry of a bonus where the expiry date was stated at the time of the offer.

a2jl's game library is subject to change without prior notice. Games may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time due to provider agreements, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, technical maintenance, or other operational reasons. a2jl is not liable to you for the unavailability of any specific game.

All slot and non-live casino games on a2jl use certified Random Number Generators ("RNG") that have been audited and certified in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events — card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice throws — conducted by live dealers in certified studios under third-party oversight. Published Return to Player ("RTP") figures are mathematical averages over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

A bet is only accepted and binding once a2jl's system has confirmed it and a confirmation reference number has been issued. a2jl reserves the right to void or cancel any bet that: (a) was placed with obvious pricing or display errors; (b) was placed in breach of these Terms; (c) results from a technical malfunction or software error; or (d) involves suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to your account wallet.

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a gaming session, a2jl's system will complete the round based on the bet state at the time of disconnection. Winnings or losses resulting from this outcome will be applied to your account accordingly. a2jl is not liable for losses or missed winnings arising from technical issues on your end, including but not limited to device failures, internet outages, or browser errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on a2jl and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

a2jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in breach of this section, forfeit all balances including real money and bonuses, and take appropriate legal action where warranted.

All content on a2jl, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of a2jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content on a2jl without the prior written consent of a2jl.

The a2jl name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of a2jl. Unauthorized use of any a2jl trademark is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

a2jl collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an a2jl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a2jl takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and a2jl cannot provide an absolute guarantee of the security of data you transmit to the Platform.

a2jl may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law, without prior notice to you where such notice is prohibited by law.

a2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

During any self-exclusion period, a2jl will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you do not receive marketing communications. Winnings generated during an active self-exclusion period where access was gained in breach of the exclusion may be voided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a2jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to a2jl in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions; (c) any third-party content or conduct on the Platform; (d) technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform; or (e) any other matters relating to the Platform.

a2jl reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you are suspected of breaching these Terms; (b) your account is subject to a regulatory, compliance, or security review; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) a2jl is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority; or (e) a2jl has reason to believe your account has been compromised.

a2jl may permanently close your account and these Terms will terminate if: (a) you are found to have committed a material breach of these Terms; (b) you are found to be under the age of twenty-one (21); (c) you are found to have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; or (d) the PAGCOR license under which a2jl operates is revoked or expires. In the event of termination for material breach or fraud, any real-money balance in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your a2jl account at any time by contacting a2jl customer support. Prior to account closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. a2jl will process the account closure within a reasonable time and will confirm the closure to your registered email address.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of a2jl shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and a2jl, you agree to first contact a2jl's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. a2jl will endeavor to respond to and address your complaint within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant gaming regulatory authority. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

a2jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, a2jl will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via email to the registered email address or via a notice prominently displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of a2jl following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and may close your account as described in Section 12.3.
